Refund Policy

1. Cancellations

You can cancel your Busymote Pro subscription at any time from your account settings. Once canceled, you will continue to have access to Pro features until the end of your current billing cycle.

2. Refunds

We offer a pro-rated refund within the first 7 days of your initial Pro subscription purchase if you are not satisfied with the Service. After 7 days, payments are non-refundable.

3. Requesting a Refund

To request a refund within the 7-day window, please email us at support@busymote.com with your account email address. Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used via Stripe.
