1. Agreement to Terms

By using the Busymote command-line tool and website (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Busymote is operated by a sole proprietor.

2. Description of Service

Busymote is a command-line tool that creates Cloudflare HTTPS tunnels to expose localhost development servers, plus a web app to view and control them. We offer:

• Free Tier: allows sharing one port at a time.
• Pro Tier: a planned $5/month subscription offering multiple concurrent tunnels and a stable URL.

3. User Accounts

You must provide a valid email address and password to use certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

4. Payment and Subscriptions

Payments for the Pro tier are processed securely via Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled. You may cancel your subscription at any time.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, to distribute malware, or to host production applications that violate Cloudflare's Terms of Service. The Service is designed for development and testing purposes.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Busymote shall not be liable for any damages arising out of your use of the Service.
